This problem deals with approval (non-approval) for a medical procedure by a California based Medical Insurance CompanyAs of January 01, 2018, our medical insurance changed over to Health NetOn February 27, 2018, I had injections administered to my lumbar spine by my pain management doctor (Doctor [redacted] ) at the [redacted] Surgery CenterThe procedure and its service codes were approved by Health NetAfter the procedure, my pain management doctor's office (again Doctor [redacted] ) submitted to continue my treatment with more injectionsEverything was the same, same doctor, same surgery center, and even the same service codesOn May 30th Health Net denied me for coverage (Ref # [redacted] )I have made several phone calls to Health Net, with them using excuses of "we took over January 1st and don't cover that procedure, try and get your doctors office to change the service codes, hmmm, that is strange!, ill write this into your notes and have a supervisor call you t
