Review: Heritage Bazaar did 2 embroidery programs for us. For the first program, he lost $1680 worth of fabric. For the second program the first protos did not follow the paper pattern at all. They were several inches off in every direction parts were assembled upside-down. He said I would have to make the corrections on the samples in approx 24hours or we would not receive the samples in time for our show. I said they were a disaster, and would take more than 24hours to detail all of the problems with this sample. I needed to completely re-develop the samples with another factory. One month later, when he presented the invoice I reminded him that the pieces were unusable and I did not think I should pay for 4 pieces when only 1 sample followed our pattern. He offered to take back the pieces, I wasn't sure where they were. Upon finding one of the pieces he refused to take it back and refund us the $207.50 for that sample. From the first project had an outstanding debit with him for $1680. He was supposed to cut a check. After months of negotiation, he saw the opportunity and deducted the cost of all 4 samples from the check for the missing fabric - thus insuring he would loose no money for his mistakes.Desired Settlement: I would like him to pay me back $207.50 for the skirt he said I could return for a refund.
