Heritage Boot

I purchased two pairs of boots over the phone at this vendor I specifically asked if I could return them, since I was struggling to decide between the two pairs, and also because in the past, these handmade shoes have had inconsistent fits (I own two pairs, one which I wear, and the other which is the same size but was made with less supple leather and of a different shape, which I've been unable to break in) I was told, "no problem", in response to my question about ability to return the shoes When I received the invoice over email, there was fine print explaining that the return policy only allowed for store credit I spoke with the sales rep and pointed out to her that I would NEVER have made the purchase, sight unseen (their website includes only one picture of the boots, so it's really difficult to understand what you're getting based on angle and resolution), given my history with inconsistent fit, and given the high price point, had I known the policy was for store credit
