AND TRANSMISSION MOUNTSTHE POWERSTEERING LINES WERE COMPLETED, AND WE PROCEEDED TO REPLACE THE MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION MOUNTSONLY AFTER REMOVAL OF THE RIGHT UPPER MOTOR MOUNT WERE WE ABLE TO DISCOVER THE COOLANT LEAK THAT SHE HAD REQUESTED WE LOCATE ON THE INITIAL ESTIMATE, BUT WERE UNABLE TO DETECTTHE COOLANT LEAK WAS COMING FROM BEHIND THE WATERPUMPAT THAT POINT THAT MADE THIS A PRIORITY REPAIRSHE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE COST OF REPAIR, AND AFTER CRYING AND SOBING UNCONTROLABLY STATED SHE HAD NO MONEY TO FURTHER REPAIR THE CARASKING FOR CREDIT WE DECLINED BECAUE SHE TOOK A YEAR TO PAY OFF THE LAST REPAIR HER MOTHER AGREED TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR OF THE COOLANT LEAK AND WORK PROCEEDED.AFTER REMOVAL OF THE WATER PUMP A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE ENGINE BLOCK BEHIND THE WATERPUMPSHE HAD TWO CHOICES AT THIS POINT EITHER REPLACE THE ENGINE BLOCK OR TRY A PROVEN TREATMENT OF ENGINE BLOCK SEALERA NEW TIMING BELT, WATER PUMP AND THERMOSTAT WERE INSTALLED, AND THE SEALANT ADDED AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME THE LEAK STOPPEDWE DID HAVE DIFFICULTLY BLEEDING THE COOLING SYSTEM, HOWEVER WE WERE ABLE TO BLEED THE SYSTEM AND THE CAR RAN WELLAFTER A WEEK SHE CALLED AND SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE GREAT HEATSHE INSISTED THAT WE REPLACE THE THERMOSTATWE ASKED HER TO RETURN THE CAR SO WE COULD CHECK IT OUTTHE CAR WAS OPERATING AT TEMPERATURES WITH EXCELLENT HEAT BUT, WE REPLACED THE NEW THERMOSTAT AS SHE REQUESTEDTHE CAR AGAIN OPERATED AT A TEMPERATURE AND THE TEMPERATURE AT THE HEATING VENT WAS DEGREES, HOW EVER THERE WAS LITTLE OR NO AIR COMING THROUGH THE VENTSUPON INSPECTION WE FOUND A MOUSE NEST IN THE HEATER BLOWER MOTOR AND THE CABIN AIR FILTER COMPLETELY PLUGGEDWE CLEANED OUT THE MOTOR AND REPLACED THE FILTER, TREMENDIOUS HEATA WEEK LATER SHE CALLED AND SAID NO HEATI SCHEDULED HER AN APPOINTMENT, AND I THEN PERSONALLY DROVE THE CAR FOR MINUTESTHE ENGINE NEVER EXCEEDED TEMPERATURE, AND THE HEAT AT THE VENTS REMAINED AT DEGREESTHERE'S NOTHING HERE TO FIXSHE REQUESTED THAT I AGAIN REPLACE THE THERMOSTATI REFUSEDSHE CALLED AGAIN SEVERAL DAYS LATER AND STATED THAT SHE HAD REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT HERSELFI TOLD HER, THAT IF SHE DOING SO, I WAS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS" PROBLEM"SHE WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR ALL THE TIME WE WASTED CHASING HER ALLEGED PROBLEMSHE STILLS HAS AN UNPAID BALANCE OF ON THE INITIAL REPAIRSHE RECENTLY WAS TRAMATIZED WITH A GUNSHOT TO THE HEAD, THE BULLET STILL LODGED IN HER BRAIN .I BELIEVE HER THINKING IS UNCLEARI WILL FORGO THE UNPAID BALANCE, WHICH I'M SURE I WOULD NEVER GET
