We are delivering this customers grandfather clock movement Saturday between 3and pmThe customer was told at the time of pickup, there was a back log of to months to provide serviceHe agreed to these termsCustomers was contacted weeks ago and told that his clock was being timed out and it would take weeks on the test standCustomers was at Heritage Clocks weeks ago and asked about his clock and was told it was being startedHe said there was no hurryHe called this last Wednesday saying where was his clockI responded that there wasn't a house call set up and had no idea what he was talking aboutHe said that he was moving out of town and I said that I would get it to him on Monday or TuesdayHe got upset and hung upMy wife called him back and he said he was leaving town on SundaySo she set up the delivery on Saturday,between and 4pmWe will have to close our shop early to accommodate his scheduleOurs scheduled time of operation at Heritage clocks is 10am to pm Friday Saturday and Sunday Because he is leaving town and acting upset for no reasonShe told him at this time we would only except a money order for payment to guarantee paymentHe said that he would be contacting the Revdex.com and or picket our storeThis problem is being resolvedI think he wants something for nothing because he is leaving townAnd has made threats to picket Heritage Clocks

He agreed to these terms. Customers was contacted 2 weeks ago and told that his clock was being timed out and...

it would take 2 weeks on the test stand. Customers was at Heritage Clocks 3 weeks ago and asked about his clock and was told it was being started. He said there was no hurry. He called this last Wednesday saying where was his clock. I responded that there wasn't a house call set up and had no idea what he was talking about. He said that he was moving out of town and I said that I would get it to him on Monday or Tuesday. He got upset and hung up. My wife called him back and he said he was leaving town on Sunday. So she set up the delivery on Saturday,between 3 and 4pm. We will have to close our shop early to accommodate his schedule. Ours scheduled time of  operation at Heritage clocks is 10am to 6 pm Friday Saturday and Sunday.  Because he is leaving town and acting upset for no reason. She told him at this time we would only except a money order for payment to guarantee payment. He said that he would be contacting the Revdex.com and or picket our store. This problem is being resolved. I think he wants something for nothing because he is leaving town. And has made threats to picket Heritage Clocks.

 I am sending this to respond to your complaint with the Revdex.com. After speaking with you on the phone at 10:06 am and then again at 10:29 am to resolve this matter. I am willing to discount my services for 100.00 dollars. And give you the cables and weight caps and suspension spring for no cost to you. This would bring your bill to 415.00. The cables for the clock had to be replace and the suspension spring for you clock to work properly.Without them the clock could not work at all. The caps are cosmetic and the clock can run fine with out them. As a good faith measure I have replaced these 3 items at no cost to you. Your bill says 515.00 with out parts.With the discount I have suggested of 100.00 dollars and the price of parts. This amount is more than 25% of what you requested per our conversation this morning at 10:29.
 
I apologize for any convenience this has caused you. If anything I said during our conversation was not to your liking. I apologize for this too. I hope this matter can be resolved.
 
Send this Email back to me and let me know if this will satisfy your request. If the clock is returned tomorrow and you agree to these terms. Your complaint will have to be removed within a timely manner.

I have had Haritage do both service and movement alterations to my collection of clocks and their expertise is top notch. The work was done perfect and done quickly. For people needing their clock movements serviced, there is a correct way to properly service clock movements and Heritage will only do so correctly.
