Mt Auburn billing has sent several incorrect invoices to me for a date of service of June 18th, I called to sort this out over the phone as the payments I was making toward the balance were not accurately reflected in subsequent invoices and was told it would be sorted outIn early February I received an invoice for $187.28, with a statement date of 1/28/and I called to verify that this was the corrected amount that reflected my paymentsI was told that it wasThen a several weeks later, I receive another invoice dated 2/28/for the SAME account, except this time the amount is $There is no detailing on this invoice as to why the amount increasedI went down to the financial services office and spoke with *** *** who was unable to explain to me in normal, real life math how my amount due for the SAME account had all of a sudden more than doubledI was then told he would look into this further and then yesterday, April 3rd, I received a notice in the mail
