Heritage Construction Specialists

After meeting with salesman at home show I requested an appointment for an estimate on a bath and family room remodel. I probably should have been a little wary then because after saying he would get back to me, he didn't. I called him and he said the error was due to a misplaced email. Ok, I can see that happening so I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He showed up on time and we came up with some great ideas. He stated he would get back to me in a week or so. After 2 weeks I contacted him and he said he had been so busy he hadn't gotten back to me but would contact me soon. Since then I have tried calling the cell number he gave me with no response (caller ID?). I also emailed the company hoping for a response with no luck. I guess I just don't understand why a business would go to the trouble of soliciting business and then drop the ball like this. The rep was very likable and I never saw any conflict...he was also a family member of the business. I don't get it.
