Complete rip-off company Negligible, if any, results for my husband ZERO results for me ----- they started by entering a wrong SSN for me They must have tried 20-times in years to enroll me in a monitoring service (separate services) in order to track my credit activity We still have bad credit In the end, they were all promises and NO SHOW!!!! In my opinion, they are a total joke and scam company I have all the documentation to support this and much more I was refunded, after much time and debate, a few hundred dollars, for years of headache and no results Everyone in the company is completely incompetent, including the TOP guy

I do not agree with this company response They did not remove those negative items from my credit report Im not enjoying the work they did for me, even as of today I still get calls from debt collection companies demanding some kind of payment from those old deliquent accounts My credit scores did not go up, I want to see their proof showing me what kind of work they actually did that benefited me I can pull up and show them my current credit report and everything remains the same as when I came to this company there were no major changes and every deregatory item is still on my credit report today Again this company (heritage consumer group) did not perform the help I was looking for and thats why I never made a payment because I was not seeing any real results and during that time I was getting calls and collection letters all the time none stop calls every day If this company wants to settle with me personally I would be more then happy to come up with some kind of positive settlement otherwise everything remains the same [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

Review: On august of 2012 I came to this credit repair business to get help on repairing my bad credit and this company promise me that they were going to repair my credit and that never happened and now they sent me to collections because I didnt pay their $955 price for their program. I never saw any big improvements on my credit report and as of today I still have 4 charge off accounts and 3 collections on my credit report. I refused to pay them because I didnt see any real results and not only that but those old deliquent accounts never got removed from my credit file. Their argument says that they worked on raising and improving my credit score and they spent time doing that for me and now im responsible to pay those $955 when there was really no major improvement on my credit and I still have those old negative charge off accounts on my credit.Desired Settlement: I just want this credit repair company to be more honest with their pricing and if they promise something they will do, that they comply with it. Im not going to pay $955 because I believe its a rip off with this business and I didnt see no real improvements. This company has sent me to a 3rd party collection company because I didnt pay $955 so I want them to just come to a settlement and not proceed further with this.
