Overpayment of funds not refunded
Heritage Family Medical made me put down a $initial deposit in on my first visit because I was on a high-deductible planThe practice has since changed staff and I have requested a refund of the monies left in my account
I called on 3/27/and was told the amount I was due back was $and they would leave a note for the office coordinator who had to process the claim
I heard nothing back so called again on 4/10/to make sure something was in the worksI was told again that they would leave a note but that only that one person was capable of processing requests
I called again on 5/2/and was told the same thingI was also told that the only contact they have with the office coordinator is via email and they could not confirm that he was even aware of my request
I asked if it would be better to come in person and the response was no, the office coordinator is never actually there and other than confirming th

They have over charged me, will not refund me$
I went for a check up in Jan 23rdThey told me I would have to pay all of my copy $ The Insurance company told me they were presuppose to do thatNow I was told two weeks ago they would send me a checkI have spent three months trying to get them refund me and has United Health CareThey have called Hertiage MedThey either put them on hold or will not AnswerHeritage is demanding them to reimburse meNO luck They acknowledge they owe me but will not take care of this.Help me please

Unable to get medical records
After following my physician to a new practice location with Huntsville Hospital years ago Her staff nor I have been able to obtain my medical records from Heritage Family MedicineNumerous request from the Huntsville Hospital Administration have been unsuccessful I attempted to get my own records through a phone call - but was told it would be extremely expensive She then said she could send it to a requesting physician without charge and I explained to her that the physician has tried numerous times to get the records to no avail She then transferred me to the administrative person to leave a message because she was not in the office...but the mailbox was full
