I initiaited a complaint against Heritage Glass on the evening of Nov 4th...on Nov 5th , we met with the person and resolved the complaint...he was unable to complete our job, so he refunded us our money my name is [redacted] and the complaint number is [redacted] I did send an email message yesterday to let you know but this morning I got an email from Revdex.com saying they were moving forward with my complaint There Is No Longer A Complaint
