I purchased health insurance through this company on March 22, The policy was to go into effect on 3/25/I was told I would be receiving an e-mail with temporary insurance cards on the 22ndI received the e-mail but no temporary insurance cardsI was later advised that "the insurer does not provide temporary insurance cards, but you should have yours in approximately a week." That was completely unacceptableIt is now April 11, and I still do not have insurance cardsThe Heritage Health representative assigned to my account (Douglas L [redacted] has not returned calls left on his voicemail Customer service at Heritage Health will not return my calls either The lack of insurance cards impedes any ability to obtain medical services and is now going on weeks since I purchased the policyThe lack of response to my inquiries is unacceptableI have paid for a product that I cannot use, and cannot get the merchant to cooperate in any way

This company obtained information without my knowledge when they called an said I filled out an insurance form onlineI informed them I didn't an then told them I am not interested I have Heath insurance thank you they proceeded with harassing phone callsWhen I asked to speak to a supervisor he kept me on hold saying I will wait until I hang upCalls proceeded into the next day with them laughing on voicemail because I didn't answer the call This company is harassing calling more than times an when I say I am not interested they hang up an call back

This company started calling me at 6:40am MST on May 25, It is now 1:23pm MST and this business has called me times in that span of timeI have repeatedly told them that they have the wrong phone number and to stop calling and each time, they are rude and hateful and the calls increased

I attempted to purchase health insurance, the initial process seemed fineDue to an error my account became overdrawn and the payment declinedI called the health company to let them know and they said they would try again at a later dateOf course this fell on the holiday weekend, they debited my account on the 29th and I could not get ahold of anyone to cancel the transaction before they pulled itI also did not receive a call confirming it was an okay time to debit my accountevery time I call it tells me to leave a Voice mail, after several days of not being able to get a person on the phone I left several messages and received no call backI also could not get ahold of anyone after they pulled the fundsMy health situation has changed and this insurance will no longer cover what I need, as a result I need to cancel iti have not used it and I tried to call several times and cancel it before it was due to take effect on January 1stWhen I could finally get ahold of someone

I enrolled with this company a month ago, lady was very nice, convinced me to sign up with this company, assured me she would be there to help me because she was my agent for the remainder of the policyI originally signed up for health coverage for my son and I , as I stated to her I had recently began working and needed to renew my sons *** and at the time I wasn't sure if he would be acceptedshe gave me health coverage for me and my son and assured me if he was accepted by *** they could refund me or credit my account for the next month, also told me that I had a month to change my mind and could cancel for a refundFirst attempt to call them because she guaranteed me my acct wouldn't be debited for two weeks, and it was debited within two days causing me to overdraw my acct and pay a feeI left mutable messages, called and spoke to other people that said they couldn't help me because she was my agent, they finally told her I was being irate calling multiple tim

Customer stated that she contacted us for a refund. Her refund was processed the day she contacted us from the carrier. When using a credit card it can take 2-5 business days to reach customers account due to the banking process. Her payment was processed Dec 29 2017 and refund issued January 5th...

2018. Member was told her package would take 10 -14 business days to arrive to her via US Mail after her payment was processed ( cards need to be printed and mailed and this is standard process)

I am rejecting this response because: they give me a different time frame every time I talk to them. The cancellation paper work I was sent showed different times as well. The benefit summary I was sent online is different that my agent told me by phone.  I still have not gotten all of my funds returned. I was charged in 2 separate transactions for more than was agreed to. I want all of the funds returned my account
