Dear [redacted] ,I am writing to you today to address the complaint that was summited on [redacted] .The customer, [redacted] ***, did make a reservation in advance and did cancellation timeWhen a guest calls in to reserve a room they are inform of the cancellation policy for the snow tubing package, which is a seven-day cancelation policy [redacted] also received an email confirmation letter going over the details of the reservation and the cancelation policy.There was a guest in his group that received a refund due to the error of a new front desk attendant making a mistake.The first-time [redacted] called to cancel the reservation, he accepted the opportunity provided to reschedule and use the full credit towards his future reservationUnfortunately, we received warm weather and rain in the next week and had to close down the snow tubing hill for season.Since we could no longer honor [redacted] ***'s reservation he was refunded in full on February the 25th.We do not have an employee by the name of Nicole M [redacted] , [redacted] did speak with our managerAbbey on the 25th and she resolved the issue.Sincerely,Pat LVP of Facilities

To Whom it May Concern,This letter is in reference to complaint number [redacted], which was filed on March 21, 2016.The voucher the customer is referencing was purchased through [redacted].com, which is a third party vendor that we used during the winter of 2015 / 2016 to sell vouchers for our...

overnight snow tubing packages. The customer paid [redacted].com for the voucher and [redacted].com issued a credit to the customer on March 8, 2016 in the amount of $150. Since the voucher was purchased and credited through [redacted].com, we did not receive any funds from either [redacted].com or the customer for this transaction.On April 5, 2016 we contacted the customer's wife to inform her that [redacted].com had issued a Credit to their account on March 8, 2016. She was unaware that the credit was issued on March 8th, but once she checked her [redacted].com account, she saw the credit and we reached a resolution with the customers to settle this claim. We did not receive any communication in our registered email address, but checked and the credit is in our account. Again, l appreciate your attention to this matter. I was at Heritage Hills on June 17th at the restaurant, Knickers Pub, which is all apart of Heritage Hills. I am currently on a scooter for having foot surgery and can not put any weight bearing on my foot. I went to the restaurant to have dinner. They have no handicap availability for me to use to get to the downstairs restaurant that is outside. I had to take my scooter and jump down each step making sure I did not fall or put any pressure on my surgery foot. No one came to help me. I had numerous customers that came to me to say they couldn't believe this place of business did not have handicap ability to get downstairs to the restaurant. I complained to the waiter and also the assistant manager had seen me as well. I did contact the restaurant and got to speak with the same assistant manager that remembered me from that evening. He agreed that they should have handicap available to anyone that wants to use that restaurant., He told me on June 22,2015 that he would bring this to the CEO and COO and have then contact me. I never heard a word from them. Something needs to be done at this facility that people can eat, golf, etc for anyone that is handicap for a slight period of time or for their entire life.
