Dear Sir/Madam: We have addressed this claim before with the customer The customer Mr[redacted] thoroughly examined the order prior to it be placed with the factory and signed off all items The home was ordered exactly as per the signed "confirmation "We have had several conversations with the customer and offered to them that purely as a customer service gesture even though the home was built as per the signed order, we would not only arrange the contractor but pay 50% of the costs associated with the repairsWe hope to always work and satisfy our customers Thank you
