Michael was great from the first phone call to the follow-up. He was a name on a list to start, but he quickly set himself apart by taking the time to learn a little bit about me and what my situation was. Not just questions about the house I was buying. He made the inspection fit my budget and schedule and did an amazing job. The amount of detail was impressive, the photos clear and easy to see and his explanations made perfect sense. He didn't blow things out of proportion or skim over things and has made himself available for questions throughout. I'm not sure if I was supposed to enjoy having a home inspection done, but I definitely didn't mind it.

Called on a Monday to get a home inspection done on Friday, Michael was available. We met him at the house and Michael explained any and all deficiencies as he inspected each level. He showed us what areas might present problems as we progressed and was very willing to answer any questions we had.
We received our home inspection report the following day and Michael checked to see if we had any follow up questions.
I would highly recommend Heritage Home Inspection for any inspection you need done!
