Thank you for sending this receipt to me. I will be happy to review this again with my staff and looking at this receipt you should expect to receive a refund from us

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # *** ***: We returned to the registration desk and told your staff we would not be staying and turned in the room key immediately after going to the room and seeing the condition of the room The manager on duty on that date knows that is a factIf your housekeeping logs and room key analysis show that someone was using that room during the period July through July 5, then your hotel turned around and rented that room out to someone else after we left and are now attempting to double bill for that room for the same period of time I have attached the receipt from the *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** *** (phone ***) for dates of service July through July with a checkout date on July 6, in the amount of $Please call *** at the above number to see if they will verify via phone that we indeed used their services for the dates in question as evidenced on the attached receipt Again, I will not pay Heritage House for services I did not receive and I hope your hotel isn't trying to "double bill" for room in question for the same period of time

This email is a rebuttal regarding my above complaint against Heritage House Hotel.On 10/18/16, I received the following response from Heritage House regarding my complaint against them that they charged my credit card for a hotel stay when I have proof I stayed at a different hotel for the time in question? I forwarded a copy of the receipt as proof that I stayed elsewhere during the time in question? I stated that if they had charges for a room in my name via their computer system and hotel key data records, then they rented that room out to someone else during the time in question they are billing me for and they are attempting to double bill for the same room for the same time period? I forwarded a copy of a hotel receipt from the hotel I stayed at during that time period as proof I did not stay at Heritage House Hotel? The 10/18/response from the hotel was: ? "Thank you for sending this receipt to me? I will be happy to review this again with my staff and looking at this receipt you should expect to receive a refund from us." ? To date ? (11/30/16), I have not received a refund and my credit card company continues billing me for these fraudulent charges, including interest for non-payment of a bill I have been disputing since last July/August.I need Heritage House Hotel to immediately issue a credit to my credit card company as they indicated they would do in their 10/18/response to my complaint for charging me for a room I did not stay in? I accepted that response in good faith and I expect them to honor their response? ?
