Review: Heritage House Suites offers house rentals for "Extended Stays". Based on their website (http://hhextendedstays.com/pickaplace.html)they show that they have a two bedroom available on 458 Oak st.. However after calling, it was indicated that they have a long-term resident at that location, but the two-bedroom on [redacted]. is available. Although the website states that the weekly rate for this rental ([redacted].) is $390.00, after showing interest in renting the place for our stay in Pennsylvania for the holidays, it was indicated that the price is now $600 because of the holidays. My fiance and I feel like we are being swindled.No where on their website does it indicate that rates may vary with regard to the holiday and they clearly indicate that it is $390 for a weekly rental. It does not seem likely that they can increase the price just because it is the holidays without stating that it is a possibility.Desired Settlement: I would like Heritage House Suites to offer the rental of [redacted]. for the advertised value of 390.00 per week. We will be in Pennsylvania on Dec. 20th.
