I contracted with Windows Etc, a Division of Heritage Industries, Inc., when the glass was broken in my door causing the entire door to have to be replacedThe door also contained a wooden grate covering the interior glassWhen the door was ordered I asked if it was necessary to also order a new grate and was told it would not be necessaryAfter the door was installed Windows Etc's worker was unable to install the grate and I was told they would get back to me to resolve the issueI finally contacted ***, the manufacturer, who provided me with the tool to install the grate and have made over 20+ calls to Windows Etc to try and have someone come out and install the grateI never get a call back and am always told that *** is either not in the office or their workers are all out in the field or some other lame excuse and no one ever calls me backThis has been going on for over a year and my grate is still not installed on my doorI left a message letting *** know that
