time our guests are informed of our Sor Srefundable weiver deposits, our guest are given the option of covering the deposit with Cash or via credit card, if guest selects cash the deposit is returned at check out time if guest selects using their credit card they are clearly explained that we only do the deposit amount as a hold we do not process a charge, we issue a receipt that mentions no purchase, at the same time we explain time frame for the deposit to go back to the guest account, we have no control on time frame it depends on banks policy all banks have different time frames some of them will even be days if it is a special cardIt was very unfortunate that your bank doesn't offer the capability to talk to a representative, when you called us would of otherwise told them to release the deposit, no doubt by now they have done so specially if your hotel bill was paid with the same card.We are indeed a pet friendly property, we do have a Sdis daily fee for regular pets but none for service pets.Heritage inn La Mesa value your business and hope to have a future opportunity to serve you, we are committed earning your satisfaction.Sincerely your, *** *** General Manager Heritage linn La Mesa*** *** General Manager Heritage Inn La Mesa

This is how it started, after a half an hour of the power being gone Management contacted SDG&E and they reconfirm that unfortunately they were encountering a serious problem equipment from SDG&E had been smashed by a carthey were already working on finding what the problem was they new that at least lines had been affected in the La Mesa area they hoped to have the problem corrected in one or two hoursAs it happened SDG&E kept on adding and adding more hours to the repair and the situation was then considered a blackout, they were professional because their information line every time Management called a report was given out by then it was around 8:00pm the Motel by then had lost the opportunity to rent rooms since our PMS was unoperable, SDG&E by then were the ones calling the Motel giving us an idea how long more it would be without power, several guest in house also helped out calling getting reports and communicating with Management, the problem was finally corrected by 4;00amThe next morning Management contacted SDG&E asking what compensation we as an establishment could expect, they said SDG&E was not responsible for what happened it is a situation that can be compare to an Act of Gog.The guest in house half of the Motel understood that Heritage Inn La Mesa was not at fault, they had their room and the rest of the required facilitiesof course no power and no TV. Review: This hotel was a nightmare from the creepy people hanging around the premises, the prostitutes trying to solicit my friend, the noise, the tacky rooms...I could not stay here I feared for my safety, and as a handicapped individual not being able to feel safe in this environment I went to check out and request a refund which was told would be sent by check from the corporate office because I booked they priceline.com even though I paid cash upon check in, before I knew the type of place this was. I have since returned home, no check, no response to my emails for my refund that was promised, I am now frustrated with the lack of courtesy and respect, the blatant lie from the hotel staff. I've complained to priceline as well!Desired Settlement: I want my money back as promised, I have the promise on hotel letterhead from hotel rep.

Review: Found black hair on the bed sheets that is not mine. So the bed was obviously dirty and has not been changed before I got the room.Desired Settlement: Would like refunded for the two days that I did not even stay.

Review: My family and I checked out of this hotel one day earlier then what we reserved the hotel for, "[redacted]" one of the front desk Hotel staff stated that if we needed to check out a day early, but if we paid cash then a refund check would be mailed to us. This was contradicted however by other hotel staff, such as "[redacted]".

The Hotel has cockroaches, prostitutes yelling at their pimps all night. People casing the hotel and people/theives knocking on hotel room doors at 2:30am hoping to get someone dumb enough to open up the door. The hotel staff are extremely rude. And the General Manager "[redacted]" does not care to fix any of the issues/problems with her hotel.Desired Settlement: My family and I paid $294.00 each up front for four nights, but we all only stayed for 3 nights. We want that final night refunded back to us.

We did not get what we reserved, and the Hotel was horrific, including the staff. Everything was contradicted, we never got straight answers from anyone. And the Hotel is so dirty and filthy it is not even healthy to stay in such a place. On their web site the hotel and the rooms were misrepresented, and not true to what they actually are. Personally I feel that the hotel should be closed down.

All my father, sister, and I want is the one night refunded to us, since that is owed to us.
