Review: False Advertisment.
I made reseverations at this hotel and based on my online reservation I was to receive 2 gift cards, one for $10 to [redacted] and one for $30 to [redacted]. Once I got to the hotel and paid for my room, I was told to come in the next day for my gift cards, which I did. the next day, no one in the hotel had heard of this and told me to come see the manager, which I did. He said he';d heard of this but needed to research why it was offered to me and told me to call the company I made my reservation through. I did. They called the manager and told him what my reseveration included and they called me telling me I could go pick them up and that the manager had no problems giving me the cards. I went back into the hotel lobby and the staff advised me there was nothign they could do and to come back again the next day. I came back every single day I was there and upon my checkout the hotel staff advised me they would just credit the $40 to my card. I have waited 2 weeks and nothing.Desired Settlement: I want the money refunded back to my card. If the gift cards are for locations in california, I am no longer there as Im not on vacation anymore. I am really upset I had to go out of my way every single day I was there to get these and nothing was done. I shouldn't have had to plan my days around their hours and still get nothing resolved. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Review: Comforters ripped, drawers did not close, room not cleaned, room smelled horrible A/C unit not working, Shower not working refrigerator not working, horrible night shift customer service , made complain twice we just practically ignore.. looked like something illegal was goingon in the first floor meaning prostitutionDesired Settlement: Full refund a must! Help other consumers not go thru such bad experience specially iftraveling with children
