Heritage Inn Springdale

This place is called Heritage InnDO NOT STAY HERE!!! Filthy, disgusting, dangerous placePeople screaming, yelling, doors slamming, children crying, very nerve wrecking!!! Our room was hideous with feces on the wall, molded tub, stained and ripped carpet, etcHorrible! We were told the hotel was full so we couldn't be moved to another room and we got $refund!! They lied to Expedia about their rooms and I have called Expedia who would do nothingThey left it up to the hotel who would only give 10% refundWithout a refund we did not have the money to move to another hotel so we locked our door and prayed for morningI am not exaggerating!!! This place is scary!!
