Villanova Students rented his house in PA from June 2014 through June 2015. He never answered calls from the kids to take care of issues in the house and promised to put dishwasher in. He held back $1500 of the deposit stating he wasn't given notice of the students moving out when it was a 1 year lease. He said they didn't trim the bushes so he received all his money each semester and still decided to not to be honest and give back all the money. His letter stated he could make us pay the next years rent. This was very disappointing considering he received all his money up front.
