July 20, 2015To whom it may concern,Heritage Landscape Services, LLC (HLS) contracts Snow removal services directly with the homeowners association (HOA) where [redacted] livesUnfortunately our plow had damaged the turf at his residenceAs soon as I was made aware of this on June 18th when he called in to HLS main offices, I wrote a ticket for the repair and put it through our systemThe repair was made on June 29thI sent one of my managers by the residence on July 7“l to see if homeowner was satisfied with the repair [redacted] said she was satisfied and would water the area.Turf restoration / installation done in the summer usually will not be as successful as fall turf establishmentIf the homeowner is still not pleased for some reason I will touch up the area- seed this fall when we perform the seeding service for the HOA.William CVice President of Operations

To whom it may concern,On Tuesday September 20,a crewman used the outside spigot and hose at *** ***' home and evidently broke the hose and nozzle Ont Tuesday September 27, Heritage Landscape Services, LLC replaced *** ***' hose, nozzle and reimbursed him $for gallons
