Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Heritage Lawn and Landscape refuses to admit that miscommunication could have came from them They continuously push it off on me and say that I made a mistake When I spoke to the representative and several questions I was told to hold on or I could hear this person having multiple conversations at one time It was their representative that said it was included Could that have been a mispeak on their part, yes, but then don't hold multiple conversations at one time or be doing several things while a customer is asking questions I cannot believe they are attempting to push the blame my way and act like I am making this up I wouldn't be using this forum to have this discussion if this did not happen I am deeply concerned and troubled by there lack of being able to accept responsibility or the possibility that misinformation came from them Its too late now to aerate and overseed, the weather is too cold and nothing good will come of it They should be offering to do something for this and the inconvenience this has caused I am not satisfied with their response I will continue to take my complaints as far as they can go, the attorney general of Missouri, every review I can write, as well as, to my homeowners association who does business with them There are multiple people who not satisfied with their service in our neighborhood and I am sure with enough complaints they will lose our subdivision Sincerely, Tim Scholle

our customer’s privacy.  All customers received a flyer in February that lists the services and costs specifically for their residence.  The customer chose the fertilizer applications.  He pre-paid $280.80 for five fertilizer applications which he received and is not disputing.  As you can see from the flyer, the customer can choose from a variety of services offered by Heritage Lawn and Landscape. These services include: weekly lawn mowing, fertilizer applications, core aeration and over seeding, and bed weed control.  Each of these services are listed on the flyer with the price associated with them.  The back of the flyer shows more detail on what each service provides.   On October 31, 2016, the customer contacted Heritage Lawn and Landscaping by sending a message through our Facebook page.  He asked when he would receive his core aeration and over seeding.  It was explained that he had not signed up for this service, but it was not too late to do so.  He was given the price for this service and asked if he would like for the core aeration and over seeding to be scheduled.  The customer claims to have spoken to someone who stated that core aeration and over seeding are included in our fertilizing program at no charge.  He then requested that the services be performed at no charge.  The customer stated that he took detailed notes of the conversation he had with Heritage Lawn and Landscape.  When asked with whom he spoke, he said he did not recall even though he had detailed notes.  In the past 15 years since we have offered our fertilizer program, it has never included core aeration and over seeding.  Of the thousands of customers who have signed up for our fertilizer program, never has a customer expected to receive core aeration and over seeding for no charge.   On November 1, 2016, the customer again contact us by using Facebook to request an update on the situation. He was informed that if he would like for his lawn to be aerated and over seeded he would be charged for the service.  The customer then informed us that he was filing a complaint against Heritage Lawn and Landscape.   As you can see from the enclosed flyer mailed to the customer, core aeration and over seeding are listed as separate services with additional fees.  No one in our company would have told the customer that these services are included in the fertilizing program as they are completely different services.   To resolve this situation, Heritage Lawn and Landscape will perform core aeration and over seeding for this customer if he agrees to pay the fee for these services.   Sincerely, [redacted] Heritage Lawn and Landscape
