Amanda placed her order for her wedding invitations through her sister's account on our website.  When an order is placed, the option to remove the barcode is available in the shopping cart.  This has to be chosen by the customer.  There is a minimum of 25 cards needed to be ordered...

to have this option available.  It is true that Amanda had a quantity of 25 cards, but the option did not get checked.  When it is a customer mistake, we offer a 75% off reprint option as concession.Regardless of this problem, the other issue is that the file uploaded is extremely small and therefore printed blurry.  When working in the studio editor, we have programmed a system to let the user know if their image file is too small.  When the border is green, this shows the photo/image will print at it's exact resolution as was uploaded.  However, the image was stretched much larger than it could go without losing clarity (see file [redacted]).  The file uploaded is 535x717/317.0kb (see file [redacted]).Even if we were to do a reorder due to the barcode, the invitations would still be blurry and below Amanda's standards. We can therefore only offer a 75% off reorder once the project has been fixed.To clarify the barcode, it is not an advertisement, it is for identification in the warehouse.  Most of our products come with the barcode so that items can be shipped to the correct person.  Nowhere on the barcode is our company name.
