If you are planning on using this practice, let me save you some time. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. Every time I attempted to get in touch with this office it was a nightmare. I honestly do not even know how they stay in business. Furthermore, the representative I spoke with on 12/9/14 might have been one of the worst representations of customer service I have ever experienced.
Also, Dr. [redacted] told me in person that he would help me with prescriptions refills so I would not have to waste a trip so frequently. I stayed around bc he was attempting to make things convenient for me. I believe he is fully aware of his lack luster business operations and was trying to soften my experience. Either way, when I called he insisted on me coming in before receiving a refill. This is all according to what his "healthcare staff of the year" told me via phone.
