Heritage Motors Reviews (14)

I bought a GMC ENVOY XL and been investing a lot of money since the day it came out I wen back to the dealer after a week because the car was making a tiking sound on the motor and they could not help me with the repair a two weeks later rear suspension when out..two weeks after that ac when out bougth a set of new tires replaced oil pump and now have to fix front suspension and and buy a new pair of tires for the front and only had the car for a year 1/

Since my first encounter with Heritage Motors back in February of 2018, this is now my second car with themAnd after only having this Ford, Escape for months it’s alarming system has already malfunction causing the engine to lock into theft modeThe following morning my Fiancé was able to unplug the computer let it sit then was able to start the engine, I reached out to heritage letting them know what’s going on with the car, at first they sounded like they wanted to help me and told me they was going to get a new key made for the car and reprogrammed at their expense and the car should be back to normalWhen the keysman came out to cut a new key and reprogram it he quickly let us know that the original key that I was giving for the car was perfectly fine and that wasn’t the issue at allWhen I called back relay the message I was told to call the service department and they would come out to help me because at this moment me and my year son was on the side of the road

We had a deal with the salesmanMade our depositTold him we were coming in with a check the next day to payIn full When handing the check to them the owner refused itWe had to argue to get our deposit back

I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer due to my experience with a salesman named [redacted]. Not knowing me or my financial situation, he made comments about the vehicle we drove to the lot, insinuating that we had a nice car and could probably pay cash. He blatantly fished for information and when I told him I'd recently retired form the military, he made further comments about what he presumed my financial situation was. Furthermore and worst of all, he talked down to me like I was just some dumb broad. As we were leaving, he curtly asked if I remembered his name. Well, I sure did, [redacted]. If he ever has the opportunity to read this review, he might want to consider treating people like me a little better....I'm not just the mama, I'm the breadwinner and smart enough to serve my country well for 21 years. P.S. [redacted], I was going to pay in cash...

I bought a 2000 jeep Cherokee from Heritage motors with in a couple days
Ac pump started making noise and when we drove over 50 mph vehicle started to shake. I returned Jeep to dealer. They fixed ac pump but jeep still vibrated I took vehicle to my mechanic they said the transmission was going out and vehicle had many other problems. Lots of rust drive shaft and exhaust pipe where really rusted. Return Jeep to dealer they refused to fix it or return my down payment of $1500.00 I surrender jeep to them as I wasn't about to pay them 39 months of payments for something that wasn't even worth what I paid them for as the down payment. Beware of these guys there not honest. They act like there nice guy's but in reality they will steal you blind.

March 23, 2015 RE: Revdex.com Complaint#[redacted]Account#[redacted] Chrysler PT Cruiser To Whom It May Concern,Heritage Motors and its employees have never refused to provide Ms. [redacted] a copy of her accountstatement and have no record of her requesting a statement.  As shown on...

the attached statement, Ms. [redacted]has had a very unstable account history with Heritage Motors and at the timethis complaint was filed, had not paid on her account for two months.  It is not the responsibility of HeritageMotors to remind Ms. [redacted] to make her payment nor is it required of HeritageMotors to automatically mail Ms. [redacted] a statement. However, we have tried tocontact Ms. [redacted] multiple times regarding her account status. Attached is thelog of our notes showing when Ms. [redacted] was contacted and the outcome. The datelisted on the right side of the page is the computer generated time stamp thatthe note was entered in. Heritage Motors feels secure that our records indicatethat Ms. [redacted] is not being truthful in her statements. Our office has tried towork with Ms. [redacted] multiple times.  We have also attached the signed paperwork stating our policies regarding payment and insurancerequirements.  As stated in these documents, after 10 days of nonpayment, the account is considered inrepossession status. Ms. [redacted] has been more than 10 days behind multipletimes. As also stated in this paperwork, the vehicle is to remain in the stateof Arizona, another condition that has not been upheld by Ms. [redacted].  Presently, this account is considered in repossession status and Heritage Motors has full legal right torepossess this vehicle.  It is our desire to give the customer every chance to correct their debt owed so as to keeptheir vehicle.  This is why we have not repossessed Ms. [redacted]’s vehicle as of today. Ms. [redacted]’s personal feelingregarding our accounts receivables employee has no bearing on whether or notshe should make a payment on her account. We feel that our employees have donetheir best to work with Ms. [redacted] and give her opportunities to bring heraccount current. It is our belief that this complaint was only filed as a diversionfrom the fact that this account is past due and also to encourage a delay inrepossession. Tell us why here...

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is incorrect as I have not been in poor payment status numerous times. I have received calls from Heritage Motors when I have been on time with my payments. They have called me literally 2 weeks after a payment has been made and stated I was two months behind. This is incorrect. I have requested a statement several times only to be told that they don't provide it.
Regards,
