Heritage Oaks at Brooks City Base

I currently live at Heritage Oaks and would never recommend anyone move here I will be moving soonManagement is terrible at Heritage Oaks @ Brooks City The office is often closed at odd times during the dayThere is only one maintenance person for the entire property and he is often overworked Multiple maintenance issues with the homes & major issues with plumbingThe rent is over-inflated for the homes and not worth it Heritage Oaks misrepresents themselves saying they have a private entrance, enclosed patios and garages These houses/duplexes are in serious need of repair and renovation
