About years ago I heard scuffling noises in my attic and contacted Heritage They came and found a family of squirrels living there and they set traps to remove them humanely About a year after that, I noticed a mouse in my basement and silverfish insects in a bathroom from time to time I called Heritage once again and decided to sign up with them for a season contract to prevent future "unwanted guests" After they set up baits in my attic, basement, garage and crawl space, they noticed when they came back and checked the bait boxers that some showed they were being eaten They even found a dead mouse in the atticIt has been a few years since any more activity has been noticed at any of the bait boxes but the relief of there being no more problems is very, very reassuring! The men who come to do the services times a year are fantastic!! They are polite, accommodating, eager to please and take care of each and every place in my home that could possibly cause problems I ask them to spray all the areas that could possibly become a problem area and they check every bait box that had been placed throughout my house, to see if there had been any recent activityThey are eager to please and will go into the hot attic, or on their knees through the crawl space to make sure I have no "unwanted guests" The relief of knowing that they check everywhere and everything and find no new activity is very comforting! I pay for visits but if there is ever a problem, they will come back without additional charges to solve the problemThe fact that they have always had superior workers every time they have been here speaks to the fact that this company is worthy of my high praise! I have nothing but the highest praise for this company!
I own a condo and I recently discovered that I had a wasp problem in an un used bedroom. I contacted my association who sent out a popular named pest control company who did not seem to be able to address the problem. As a result, I decided to hire a company on my own and at the suggestion of my daughter in law; I went online in search of a pest control company who also specializes in bee/wasp etc. I chose Heritage based on the reviews on several social media sites.
The technicians sent to my home arrived timely and prepared to get the job done; meaning ladders, flash lights, caulking chemicals and a host of tools. There was very little insect activity when the technicians arrived but they took sheathing down, inspected windows, gutter etc. and they did all that they could to secure the outside of my home so that wasps would not enter the inside of my home. I really thought that they did a great job and although they could not with certainty guarantee that the pest had been eliminated; so far, so good. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. I only gave the customer service portion of the rating a 4.5 because I initially had difficulty with the telephone numbers on the internet because there were a couple of different numbers.
