Review: I applied for a loan with Premier Funding and I was contacted by an agent named [redacted] (ext# [redacted]) He went through all the steps that I needed to do to make this transaction. I spoke with him at length on Monday Oct **, 2013. [redacted] sent me the contract and advised that I would need to send funds (to secure the loan)of $1755.00 via [redacted]. I did this all as promised Thursday Oct [redacted] in which then I was contact by [redacted] at ext [redacted] (from the legal department) that [redacted] was no longer the agent looking after my file as he was suspended because of an error he made with my application. He did not advise me that I would need to apply for insurance as well for the loan because I was a new client. That meant that I would have to send more money via [redacted] of $1350.00. I did this also as soon as I got off the phone with [redacted]. I called her back when I was done and she advised that I would have the funds in my account within 1.5hrs. I looked at my account every hour and then called her at 5:45PM on Thursday October [redacted] 2013 and she did not pick up I left several voicemails and heard nothing back. On Friday Oct **, 2013 I sent the whole day online emailing the organization but whenever I clicked the option for the email response to be forwarded to me as well I never received the email. everything kept getting more strange and then I received a call from [redacted] at ext [redacted]. He explained that I did not secure $4000.00 - I was short $700.00. I told him that I was upset with the lack of commitment and service I have seen but nonetheless I managed to gather $700.00 and I again went to [redacted] to send the funds to their investors. He advised that he would contact me back within 30mins and then at that point funds would be in my account in less than an hour. I received no call back after leaving several voicemails. I called all day Saturday Oct [redacted] 2013 and nothing. Today I tried to call the operator advised that line was disenabled.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all the funds that I have spent so far wire transferring money to their investors as well as the fee it cost to do the transfer in the same day = $39.00I sent over 5 separate transaction = $39.00(transferring fees)= $195.00 plus the $3000.00 I sent over.Grand total of my refund = $3195.00

At this time, I have not been contacted by Heritage Premier Funding regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Through more investigating I have found that this company to be fraudulent. All the information they gave me over the phone way back when we spoke turned out to be incorrect. I cannot believe that I have been subject to this and would like the funds that I have given them to simply be returned. I have tried several times to contact them but no one has ever returned my calls and at times the telephone number is disconnected.

What are the next steps in resolving this issue...?

Do I need to contact a lawyer regarding the $4000.00 that I am asking for be returned..??

Review: Good day, central capital lending is a major scam. I applied online in the amount of 8000.00 received a call from [redacted] providing me with options to receive my loan. opT 1 - was a co-signer OPt .2-Vehicle collateral OPT.3 - Monetary Advance collateral - I choose this option, in order for me to receive the 8000.00 I would have to pay 680.00 because I did not have a co-signer I took the necessary steps looks online doing my research. This look legit. this companies send you legal agreement letting you know once you send in the payment your Fund will be released in 4-6 hours. I even took extra measures & had other people look into this company. I sent the fund through [redacted] as they said this would be the quickest way to have the released. apprently I sent this to a private lender in Toronto, ON to [redacted] on top of that I had to pay a fee of 39.95 which I had to send to central capital leading. please do not let happen to you im out 680.00$. I called back and spoke with a new women called [redacted] who told me I can only be reimbursement in 15 business day. the catch to this is the want you to pay the $680.00 plus $1400.00 for insurance which is ridiclous. this company is simple a scam.Desired Settlement: Need my 680.00 back.
