economically practical for NPT to deliver to the complainant's location. NPT receives shipments from other common carriers with rates based to Hulett, WY. Other carriers who deliver to the complainant's location may not have the same rate structure. NPT is not required to deliver to any particular location that is unreasonable.
NPT made the complainant's delivery at a mutually agreed upon location at an agreed upon time. This delivery location had been used to make the complainant's deliveries in the past. NPT delivered the complainant's goods in the same condition as received from the shipment's originating carrier. The complainant's claim has been forwarded to the originating carrier for investigation and disposition.

NPT's response offers no resolution.
NPT also sent me a confusing email dated 7/22. See attachment. Previously NPT and their partner were claiming a clean delivery now NPT is telling me to I need to get the tire fixed rather than replaced. Which is it?
We did not not buy a damaged tire. Furthermore a repair is never as good as original; the machine these tires go on can tip over when a tire fails. It would be dangerous and irresponsible to use a flawed tire in this situation. IF a tire fails on a front end loader when the bucket is raised they are very prone to tipping, which could damage the machine and could hurt or kill the operator.
We don't want to assume that kind of liability that is why we bought new tires.
For the sake of being civil and closing this up I will investigate getting the tire repaired.
