We signed a contract with [redacted] on 6/3/13 for him to replace our front door. We paid him with a check for $1032, which he cashed.We called after a month because we had not heard back. At both the telephone numbers listed, we were told this was no longer the number for Heritage Renovation. Now one of the numbers is no longer in service. We sent a fax to their number; no answer.We are very surprised, since Heritage has done work for us in the past, without any such issues.Product_Or_Service: front door replacementDesired SettlementWe would like our deposit refunded.Business' Initial Response On 6/28/2013 - 7/2/2013 we movede the office. The phones have yet to catch up with us. [redacted] was not able to contact us a readily as she would like. She now has contact numbers and the door has been installed. We are waiting for their return from vacation to finish the job. Last we checked in with her (before vacation) she was satisfied with the progress.Consumer's Final Response Regarding our problem w/ Heritage builders in Shrewsbury; they have contacted us and are in the process of finishing the project.=
