Heritage Roofing and Remodeling

Review: I contracted with Heritage Roofing for new gutters on my Mother's house in the Pittsburgh area. I was to send half of the payment upfront ($600), and the rest upon completion. I wired the money to them at the end of December 2012. Heritage (Jake Finley) has never started the job, and doesn't return phone calls or e-mails regarding the status. I've asked repeatedly for the job to be completed, or my money refunded.Desired Settlement: At this point, I just want my $600 back. I'll find a more trustworthy contractor to install the gutters.
