To Whom it my Concern,June 29, 2015I am writing in response to the complaint I ***After reading the complaint Itried to find some information in our system for the customer and was unable to find awarranty card on fileI am including a copy of the Limited Lifetime Warranty that isapplicable
to *** ***'s safeThe warranty specifically states we will cover thelock for ONE year from date of delivery of the safeIt also states that the "Warranty cardand copy of sales receipt must be on file at the time of claim"We are always willing towork with the customer's, allowing them to send in a warranty card and the sales receiptand back dating the warranty card if the customer does not have one on file.Unfortunately this customer's lock would have been out of warranty regardless of himsending in his receipt, as he claims the lock failed close to two years after the purchase ofthe safe.I would be more than happy to send out a lock to the customer at no cost but we wouldneed the customer to send in a copy of his warranty card, receipt, credit card receipt or acanceled check to validate his safe purchase.Thank you, Carol B***Technical Support/Customer Service ManagerHeritage Safe CompanyP.OBox 349Grace, ID 83241###-###-####Nindustrial Park Rd• P.OBox • GraceIdaho • ###-###-#### • FAX ###-###-####www.heritagesafe.com
