Review: The Universal Protection Service had our car towed from our apartment complex, without being able to furnish a reason why. For days cars have been sitting in the complex parked illegally and even in handicapped spots without a permit, yet they were not towed. We feel targeted by them as they have towed our car twice in the past week. Aside from this incident, I had to call for a security guard before because when I came home from work my door was wide open. I was home alone so I had him walk through with me. He told me that because nothing was stolen the people were probably looking for me and would most likely be back that night... his advice was to push my sofa in front of my front door. Unbelievable!Desired Settlement: Either the security service or the apartment complex needs to refund our $600 for towing fees, because according to our lease no regulations were broken. I want to prevent this from happening to anyone else as well, because it is ridiculous.
