12-customer placed an order on the web selected a truck line carrier Due to the small size of the order it was not possible to ship by truck lineThe customer was contacted and left a message to let her know that her order would be shipping UPS ground and the correction had been made Unfortunately a newer Customer Service Rep made an error and did not let the customer know there would be additional freight charges The orders were not able to be cancelled as they were too far along in the shipping process however, UPS was called by one of our Customer Service Reps on 12/to return the packages to us We received the packages back - one on Jan 4th and one on Jan 10th Credits where issued on Jan 16th and Jan 10th for the full amount of each order including freightWe have since attempted on numerous occasions to contact this customer directly 1-called left message no response from the customer 1-called-did not leave a message 1-called left message and sent email no response We believe we have resolved this issue as best as we can but ae open to speak with this customer if she would likeAs a side note - there is a disclaimer on our website checkout page that does address the fright issue Note: Payment by credit card will result in 3.5% cash discount forfeitureReview and confirm your final totalWhen finished, click once on COMPLETE ORDER and wait for your confirmationAll web orders $or more on in stock merchandise will receive free freight(Sale items, white tees, socks, chairs, and closeout styles are not included in Free Freight programNo backorders.)
