After the conversation with two of our supervisors you were fine with that and never stated you wanted still a refund at that point, if you had we clearly would of given you one without question because our #priority is our customersI do feel again we have made every attempt to make it right with you and we are again not stating any fault for what we have done because again we pride ourselves on our work and even better our customer serviceWe will credit you back your $and you should receive your credit within hoursI will have someone call you first thing on Monday to go over the details of your refund!
