I am rejecting this response because:
To Whom This May Concern:Upon further review of the situation, we have photo and video evidence of the estimated number of guest that attended our cocktail eventBased on our photo and video evidence this goes against SBM's claim of guestTheir numbers simply do not add upBased on the video and photos, at most there may have been 20-extra guest, but by no means was there an extra guestThat is FALSESecondly, SBM claims that they sought verbal authorization from my wedding planner to continue serving cocktail to alleged additional guest. My wedding planner denies this claim and has put this in writing for your review at your requestThe evidence that SBM has provided to *** *** thus far includes documents that have space for my signature but THERE is NO SIGNATUREI, nor husband or wedding planner, were ever addressed before, during or appropriately after the wedding of the extra chargeWe were not given a bill during checkoutWe had no reason to believe we owed anythingMoreover there were a series of correspondences that occurred between my husband and I with SBM regarding an unrelated matter ( re: SBM not issuing our Marriot reward points timely , over weeks later )Yet still the extra charge was never brought to our attentionSBM has failed to show proof of when and how they tried to reach out to me, the only authorized user of the CardThe only way I found out was when I looked at my credit card charges weeks after the wedding to pay off my balalnceI sincerely thought it was a mistake and that they charged me twiceI reached out to Ashley immediately and that was the FIRST time we learnt of the "extra charge" That is when I immediately called *** *** to dispute the chargeLater on that day, is when Ashley emailed a summary of charges Thirdly, I do plan to take legal action by suing SBM and take this to small claims court within the upcoming weekI have approached a lawyer who will help me start filing the paperwork by next week
