Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/28) */ I have been in the appliance repair business for years currently running many calls a dayIt saddens me to have a complaintAs a profeesional representing several warranty companies, I follow their protocal on how to work with their customers and to diagnose and repair the applianceAfter running the approximately year old dishwasher through series of cycles, it seemed to working fineThis customer did not want to pay for the call because I told her my opion was the dishwasher was working up to it's capibilities but apparently not up to the customers expectationsPer my agreement with the warranty company when the customer refuses to pay for the service call, I DO NOT demand payment from the customer and that is what I relayed to the warranty company I notified the warranty company of the situation on Oct20, I beleive the reason the customer is unhappy is because the warranty company billed her for the service callThe customer should call to request a second opinion for her dishwasherThank you notifying me of a unhappy customer and having the chance to respondSincerely, Herley's Appliance Repair, LLC
