Our home warranty company called this guy out to repair our washing machine. Due to a busy working schedule it was three days before I could arrange time to set aside to wait for him. After waiting most if the morning, he showed up and took one look at the 5 or 6 year old machine and said “oh! They didn’t tell me it was a ...? I don’t work on those.” What? Did he really just waste my entire morning? Then I had to find another day to wait for another repairman. For some of us, it is not possible to just go into work late or just miss a day. Don’t waste your time with this guy!

customers and to diagnose and repair the appliance. After running the approximately 25 year old dishwasher through series of cycles, it seemed to working fine. This customer did not want to pay for the call because I told her my opion was the dishwasher was working up to it's capibilities but apparently not up to the customers expectations. Per my agreement with the warranty company when the customer refuses to pay for the service call, I DO NOT demand payment from the customer and that is what I relayed to the warranty company.
I notified the warranty company of the situation on Oct. 20, 2015. I beleive the reason the customer is unhappy is because the warranty company billed her for the service call. The customer should call to request a second opinion for her dishwasher. Thank you notifying me of a unhappy customer and having the chance to respond. Sincerely, Herley's Appliance Repair, LLC
