This company Butte county credit bureau has reported two Erroneous collection accounts on my credit report including but not limited to *** ,*** and ***The dates appears and November In July I have never held any contract for a goods or services with butte county bureau or a company called *** *** *ciences I did ask for a letter of validation in which they provided an itemized medical bill According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section (a) (1) (A) companies are required by Federal Law to verify-through the physical verification of the original signed certified consumer contract of any and all accounts request to be posted and/or reported on a credit report A copy of the verifiable, validated proof (an original Consumer Contract with Wet Ink Signature on it, copies of copies are not Validation and by Law are not considered proof)
