[redacted] plumber came to our house very quickly to repair a very clogged kitchen drain and pipes crumbling under the kitchen sink. The plumber first assured my wife that all was well and it was not big deal, fixed it in just over an our (clog was 15 ft under the house,) replaced everything under the sink and left it shiny and new. I had bought some pipe from [redacted] to try it myself, but it was way over me; the pipe they used was twice as thick and much better looking. Price was half what I was expecting. I will look for upgrades for them to help with very soon!

We needed a plumber fast to fix a broken pipe under my house late yesterday afternoon. I called several plumbers who said they could not come until the next day. Upon calling Herman Allen, a crew was at my house within the hour. They were very professional, clean and knowledgeable. After fixing my leak, they asked if there was anything else they could do for me and it was 5:30pm! They seemed like very dedicated employees, and when they wrote the bill, it was more than fair. I've finally found a plumbing company I feel I can trust!
