Purchase of a Classic Car that doesn't run right, not as described Purchased this [redacted] on March 12th for $25,and it was shipped and delivered on March 24thI put it in the garage and licensed it on the 27thThe first time I drove it was on the 31st of March I drove it about 1/to 3/of a mile and it was bottoming out in the rear and scraping the tiresI can deal with that, drove it about miles before the oil light came on for the engineJust happened to be right in front of the auto parts store, checked the oil and it had oil in itThe engine was also breaking up and missingThis motor was advertised to be completely rebuilt, it is burning so rich that it burns your eyesI had asked before I purchased it for the build sheet on the motor and was told that Herman would send itI never received it and have no idea what is in the motorHerman told me that he thought he had it and contacted the guy who built it and he doesn't remember what he did to itREALY?? Ye

This dealer or business is not to be trustedI purchased a truck from In that turned into a costly purchase and a very expensive lessonThe lesson being, have your purchased inspected by a professional auto mechanic and make a complete, in depth, written in detailed inspectionIf I had the truck inspected I would discovered a defective steering system, an engine that needed replaced, a brake system that had several parts not assembled properly, a transmission with shavings and gears not operating, missing bolts attaching the truck bed to the frame and then paying additional invoices of several thousand dollars
The dealer recently indicated he saw the truck in car showsThis is not possible as the truck has been in repair shops during and all repairs paid by new ownerBuyer beware

I bought a Nova SS from Herman back in Nov 2011; a picture of it is still posted in his sold cars section Bottom Line - great car for the money I'm still driving it, and would not sell it for twice what I paid Great guy to do business with, gave me a tour of his shops when I came to pick it up, and even helped me load it on a trailer in the pouring rain Saying that, the truth is I could have driven the car back to Alabama had I known just what great shape it was in I plan to buy another car from Herman once the wife takes me off of check-book lock down If he tells you the car is good, it's good!
