I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for "point to point" time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr The plumber showed up around 9:am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11: He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was minutes of travel time I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

I have used Hermans for years, something has changed in this company, tech did not know the building codes, and the inspection failed, and we were massively overcharged for this hot water heater installBEWARE
