I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for "point to point" time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr The plumber showed up around 9:am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11: He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was minutes of travel time I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!
