On 10/18/I paid Scott [redacted] $4,for garage doors and installationHe told me they would be installed in 3-weeksOn 11/27/I sent Scott a text asking if he had an idea on when he would be installing the doorsdays later he responded they would be in the following Friday 12/8/He did not show up or call on 12/8/I waited a couple more weeks and called him and left him a message and he never returned my call I have tried calling several times and left messages for Scott over the next few months with no responseI called him and left a message on 3/3/asking for a full refund and as of now 3/13/I haven’t heard from him nor have I received my refund

TNT Construction (Scott ***) quoted via estimate the delivery and installation of a high speed door into our business for a value of $21, This business was awarded via purchase order on 3/14/with the requirement for down payment Due to a clerical issue, down payment was made in full on 5/8/for $21,prior to installation Since that time, we have been unable to schedule the installation of this door Scott has claimed that the door arrived and was damaged and that a new door would be dropped shipped within weeks This has been a repetitive message but never fulfilled, and to date (months later) there is still no clear schedule on delivery or installation
