want. After reading their reviews and complaints, they know that their company is misrepresenting. If I was the only one who misunderstood their website or didn't know that I wasn't on the IRS site, I would except it, but I am not. After reading all their complaints they should change it up to make sure that people are completely and positively sure of what is taking place. But that would cost them money, because I bet a lot of people don't complain, I almost didn't.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11574823, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
