This is the 2nd email I’ve written in regards to Revdex.com Case [redacted] Hermes Music. Mrs. [redacted] was issued a company check the following business day, Monday September 15 2014, after her interaction with an assistant manager on Sep 14, 2014.
I personally talked to her to issue an apology about the situation and we have implemented a better way for the manager on duty to communicate with other managers about agreements made with customers and have also improved the capability of other managers to print refund checks on demand. She cashed the check without any problems.
Because we might not always have enough cash on hand to handle cash refunds, we have the policy of issuing company checks for refunds over 50 dollars. This was explained to Mrs. [redacted] when she got the company check and she was attended by another of our assistant managers, [redacted] in a very cordial way.
As we have provided the refund and issued the apology we believe we have properly responded to this situation.
