Hermes's response is blatantly false How could I have inspected the bracelet prior to purchase? It was an online order I inspected the bracelet when it was received (via mail), noticed the scratch and promptly contacted Hermes on the following business day

We respectfully disagree with the customer. Hermes sold the customer a new H click bracelet that was in perfect, saleable condition in its original packaging from stock of the store. I am advised that the customer inspected the bracelet before making the purchase. Hermes is not able to exchange or...

return the item.

Tell us why here..."Hermes disputes the allegations and facts presented in Customer's complaint.   I am advised that [redacted] has no record that Customer contacted [redacted] to report package tampering.  Customer claims that he signed for the package and observed tampering when [redacted] records...

plainly show that the package was signed for by [redacted] on July **, 2017 at 1:45pm.  The Fed Ex driver who delivered the package to Customer did not make a note of tampering.    I am advised that when [redacted] opened an investigation into Customer's package [redacted] put a trace on the package and opened a claim in the ordinary course of [redacted] procedure.  I am advised that Customer waited 24 hours to contact Hermes about package and only then by email.  I am told that Hermes also confirmed internally that both pieces of the belt kit were packed and included in the Customer's shipment.  Finally, Customer's use of individual Hermes employees names is inappropriate and should be redacted.  Customer's complaint is against the company, not individual employees.  Therefore, after a thorough internal investigation into this matter by both Hermes and [redacted], Hermes has concluded that Customer's order was delivered in full and intact to Customer. "

We responded to this customer not realizing the merchandise was purchased online.  It was an inadvertent error.  We sincerely apologize for our error and the misunderstanding.  The customer will be refunded the purchase price.  We will contact the customer to arrange for return shipping of the bracelet.  Thank you.

Review: I bought a$8000 bag from hermes of [redacted] store 2 weeks ago and the bad is already lost cor, I went to the store , the [redacted] said he will not do anything for this defective bag, his name [redacted], his phone is ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I like they refund or at least exchange a new bag.

Review: I have bought a very expensive "Evelyn" Hermes bag from the Hermes shop at [redacted] while I was visiting [redacted] on February 2015 thinking this was a high quality bag that would last for years. Unfortunately, this was not the case and I am completely disappointed and furious with the way Hermes Customer Service have handled my issue regarding this defective item.

I have paid over USD 2650 for this bag and have only used it a couple of times with very light use. I only put a cell phone, iPad mini, and a passport holder wallet in the bag only to find out that the interior colour have leaked to the exterior of the bag which created ugly streaks of blue. It is obvious that the cause of this is due to the poor quality of the dye used that allowed penetration of the interior blue colour to the exterior cream colour, i.e. if I put anything inside the bag (e.g. cell phone), the edges and shape of the cell phone starts to print out to the exterior with the exact same interior colour. I have took this bag to several bag cleaners professional and they have confirmed this as well. Meaning, this is an ongoing problem and cleaning the bag will only be a temporarily solution unless you carry a bag with nothing in it! Isn’t a purpose of a bag is to carry your stuff in it?

I then contacted [redacted] and they advised me to visit the nearest Hermes shop in [redacted] to submit my bag for evaluation and investigation. And so on Jun *, 2015, I went to Hermes Shop in [redacted] and they advised me that they will send my bag to Paris for inspection and that it will take several weeks. I also informed them that this colour printing on the exterior was not from clothing, since I was wearing a white "Thob", which is a long traditional white cotton dress worn by middle eastern men, so there is no way that it was due to my clothing.

Recently, I called Hermes in [redacted] to follow up on my case instead of them following up with me, and here was the shock. They told me that Paris responded that the exterior discoloration was due to friction of bag to clothing (Jeans) and the only thing they offered was to clean the bag and I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT as well! I declined their offer and they advised me to contact [redacted] again and express my reasons and see what happens.

Unfortunately, [redacted] customer service had absolutely no regards to my issue and they insisted that the problem was due to wearing colored clothing, which is NOT TRUE and that they do not think this is a defective item! I have paid over 2600 USD for a low quality defective bag that will not be usable after a few months and Hermes refuses to replace the bag or refund me my hard earned money. This is completely unacceptable and what makes me even more furious that they are insisting on telling me that my white clothing was the reason for discoloration which makes no sense to any person with a decent mind. The discoloration was exactly the same as the interior colour with no different what so ever.

I have bought several bags from other high end brand like Gucci and Burberry and never have I encountered such a ripoff company that only cares to make money and rip off people!Desired Settlement: Either exchange this defective bag, or refund my money.

Review: I have original receipt and packing item was never worn. I purchased in june of 2013 but had to go out of the country . I just got back and Item does;t fit and I would like a refund because I wasn't aware of ten day return policyDesired Settlement: I would like a refund
