-5 stars but forced to give one to this junk seller
never visited this website before, was looking to possibly purchase a watch band for a series 9 for my wife, got this immediately upon visiting the website, guess they can take their junk and stuff it "use imagination". Guess associating with names like apple and french fashion junk doesn't mean anything and doesn't provide quality service to customers. Glad they saved me from wasting my time buying their overpriced junk. Stay away from this worthless merchant and take your money and business elsewhere.

I contacted the miami location to inquire about purchasing a [redacted] bag for my wife, I have been in contact with several employees and they told me they had we on a wait list and it should on take a few months, it has been over a year and I told the staff in needed the bag buy aprill 2016 . I have several friends that have purchased the bag im waiting on that have not been waiting at all, we have been loyal customers that drive several hours to shop at your stores. I appreciate you choosing and picking who you decide to sell to, just because im not a famous actor or pop star should mean my $10,000 plus is not as good as theres . when you decide that care about your customers no matter who they are I would love to purchase my wife her birthday gift shes been waiting on for over a year

We reached out to the management team at the San Francisco boutique, and we were informed that at the time the customer attempted to return the merchandise, the sandals appeared to have been scuffed and scraped on the toe edge, more as a result
of not being taken care of appropriately, rather than a manufacturing defectPlease note that our return policy, which is clearly listed by the registers, and on the receipt that the customer signed, states that all returns must be in its original packaging and conditionUnfortunately, since the sandals have been worn, we could not have accepted them for a returnAll of our materials go through vigorous testing before being used for our products, in order to provide the best quality to our customersNonetheless, even the best can be damaged if not used appropriately

The client ordered the shoes from us on April 19th and they were delivered on April 27, 2016. The client had the shoes in his possession for 15 days before sending them back for a refund. The return was initiated on May 13, 2016. Per our return policy, the client must notify us within...

10 days of receipt if there is a problem with the order. The client never contacted us to let us know there was any damage to the shoes upon receipt. We believe the client is being deceitful in trying to return shoes that he has worn. We rejected the client's return and sent a letter on company letterhead on May 23, 2016 stating that we would not accept the shoes for return. The client claims that he called us on 6/10, 2016, however we never received a call from him on this date. The client did not contact us again until over two months after we rejected the return, on July 23, 2016. After reviewing the order notes, the Manager on our team called and left the client a voicemail reiterating the policy on July 27, 2016 and the client never responded to this voicemail message. The shoes were sent brand new to the client and have clearly been worn.

Review: item received on 10/14/2015. I have followed the instruction to process return. and requested a return label on the same day. I did not open the package because I have decided I do not want the item anymore before I received it, I simply just glued the return label on top of the original label, and take the item to FedEx on 10/15/2015 to be sent back. 7 days after merchant received the return item, I received a Voicemail from merchant. indicating item has several scratches on it, they will be sending the damaged item back to me, and a refund is declined. On 10/28/2015 I contacted Merchant, merchant states that everything sent from them would be in pristine condition, and no return or exchange would be granted at this stage. first of all, they refused a refund on original condition, a unopened original packed item. secondly, what if I have opened the box, and find the scratch,, oh too bad, I am just stuck with a damaged item, because they say everything they sent out is in "perfect condition"?Desired Settlement: full refund.
