Hermitage Auto Wash and Express Lube

I took my car to Hermitage Auto Wash on Saturday, 1/30/for an exterior wash onlyThis was first time I had ever used them and I arrived at around 5:00pm just before they closedI was satisfied with the wash and leftWhile driving home I noticed a business card on my passenger seat that I usually keep in my change compartmentWhen I checked my change compartment I noticed that my change was goneI called the Hermitage Auto Wash office within minutes of the time of my wash and spoke with the managerHe was very rude and basically accused me of lyingTelling me that he had not received any other complaints and he had had cars come through that dayI would not have realized the change was missing except for the business card left outI wonder how many other people didn't realize it until later and because it was just change didn't bother to do anything about itThe manager told me that he had a camera but he was tired and was not going to look at it that dayI told him the make, model and color of my car, that I was one of the last cars of the day and the car behind me was a vintage ford, which he rememberedI would guess there was about $in quarters and the manager told me he would reimburse me but the money is not the issueTRUST IS!!! After reading other reviews about the Hermitage Auto Wash I would not go back anyway so I guess it doesn't matterIf you do go there BEWARE lock up anything you don't want to loose
